Lauren later provides an update on the WOTUS rule. Rita Frazer then visits with August Schetter, a grain and livestock farmer in Jersey County. He and his brother are working with cover crops in their operation, and he shares how that is working in their operation. Jim Taylor wraps up the show with a weather report from State Climatologist Trent Ford.

He then covers the Illinois House Energy Bill that passed late last week and the concern where it comes to eminent domain and landowner rights.
