Monday's show kicks off with a conversation between Rita Frazer and Illinois Farm Bureau's Mark Gebhards. Jennifer Smith from the IAA Foundation then joins the show to announce the winners of the 2022 Scholarships. Jim Taylor then shines the highlight on RFD Radio Network Affiliate WCAZ and we wrap up with markets from Agrivisor's Karl Setzer.

Friday's show includes a conversation with State Director for USDA Rural Development Betsy Dirksen Londrigan. She promotes a number of programs. We preview the National Association of Farm Broadcasting Washington Watch event with RFD Radio's DeLoss Jahnke. We learn about Cover Cress in a chat with CEO Mike DeCamp. And we honor long time University of Illinois extension educator Richard Hentcschel, who is retiring today.

Thursday’s show features an energy market conversation with Scott Wilson, who serves as manager of customer risk management with GROWMARK. We get an update from IL Corn about the recently passed biotech bill in Springfield and we learn about an Ag in the Classroom event called ACE Camp.

Wednesday's show features a conversation about 2021 corn and soybean production costs with Brad Zwilling from Illinois FBFM. We talk cyber security at local elevators with Jeff Adkisson from the Grain and Feed Association of Illinois. We hear from Chris Martin, who runs the Illinois Morel Mushrooms Facebook page. The show concludes with a Pioneer agronomy segment.

Tuesday's jam packed show features a variety of agriculture topics and five different guests. First we hear from Raelynn Parmely, who serves as environmental program manager for Illinois Farm Bureau. She's followed by Illinois Specialty Growers Association chairman Randy Graham. Our Crop Watcher segment this week is with Iroquois County farmer Ron Haase. We also hear from Illinois Nutrient Research and Education Council executive director Julie Hewitt and talk weather with Illinois State Climatologist Trent Ford.

Monday’s show features a conversation with State Conservationist Ivan Dozier. He covers many conservation topics including late spring and delayed planting and what that means for conservation contracts. We also discuss all things transportation with public information officer Paul Wappel from the Illinois Department of Transportation. The show finishes with Karl Setzer from Agrivisor. He previews a new market week.

Friday's show features a conversation with Illinois Farm Bureau Executive Director of Governmental Affairs and Commodities. He discusses a number of topics including Infrastructure Rural Playbook and IFB plan for local assistance. We also honor IFB's Jim Polus. He is retiring after many years with IFB's video team. The final segment is with Megan Miller with the Illinois Soybean Association.
