Kenny talked about the meticulous way in which he works, favorite sessions, his new studio and staying motivated. Kenny's just one of those people whose energy is contagious, so this interview will undoubtedly pump you up!

More incredible L.A. studio roundtable to hear...lots of good producer stories, the great insane Bee Gees story that Jeff tells and the very funny story of Jeff and Mike's art on their heads.

For those who don't recall, it was Jeff Porcaro, whose contagious laugh will get you laughing, Vinnie Colaiuta, who has another great laugh to be sure, Jim Keltner, Harvey Mason, Mike Baird, Denny Fongheiser and Steve Schaeffer who arrived a little late to my home in Reseda, CA in 1990. Wait 'til you actually hear this...all the laughter and carrying on. I almost feel guilty that I got to be there. I am so happy to share this with you.

We thought in celebration of how the Beatles changed our lives 50 Years ago, we'd release another piece of my first Ringo Starr interview. If you haven't downloaded part one, you should. During Ringo's interview with Max Weinberg for his book The Big Beat, Ringo told him the interview he had done with me was the best interview he had ever done. I was very grateful that Max called me to share that with me and while Ringo may not remember that today, I will never forget that! This was done poolside at his Beverly Hills home with Barbara's kids playing in the pool. He talked about life before and after Beatles in a serious kind of interview that he no longer does!

June of 1981 was the first time I sat down with Ringo Starr in what I believe was a Beverly Hills rental. We did the interview poolside and you'll hear lovely Barbara Bach who was watching her kids jumping in the pool and a little interchange between them

LARRIE LONDIN pt 1 This is back in 1985 so there were things like Simmons drums on a Merle Haggard track

This interview with Levon Helm is a must have for musicians and music lovers alike. This interview was done in Levon's kitchen at his Woodstock home in NY

Michael Jackson's drummer Jonathan Moffett
