"As a teacher, I've always believed that every child deserves the opportunity to succeed in the classroom. But it became increasingly clear to me that some of my students, particularly those who are neurodivergent, were facing challenges with their behavior. It wasn't a matter of them being 'bad' or 'difficult' kids; rather, they simply lacked the tools and strategies they needed to navigate their emotions and interactions effectively.
