The Holy Spirit is the custodian of the culture of the heavenly tribe and He orchestrates the language of the Spirit by granting the utterance necessary for the Words of the Spirit.
Acts 2:1 - 4
Utterance is a divine protocol that enables a person to speak acceptably and in alignment with a superior oracle.
Utterance is a supernatural authorization that grants access to spiritual dimensions of truth and formulates them in languages that are potent to carry the life embedded in those truths. It is a spiritual seal that the Holy Spirit grants to authenticate the words we speak.

There is a generation of heavenly origins; that are presently presiding over the affairs of God on the earth; the Sons of God through whom and by whom the Holy Spirit operates on the face of the earth in order to fulfill the will of the Father on the earth.
Origin reveals of three main things: Identity, Composition and Functionality.
The consummation of God in man which is Christ in us - the hope of glory is actually a divine operation of heaven on the earth as our source; enforcing the quality of heaven in our earthly operations.

As sin invaded the earth and mankind were sent out of the Garden of Pleasure, the Presence of God could not freely come to man as it was before; but rather had to be pitched in a place so mankind can willingly seek after God.
Acts 17:26 - 27
"And hath made of one blood all nations of men for to dwell on all the face of the earth, and hath determined the times before appointed, and the bounds of their habitation;
That they should seek the Lord, if haply they might feel after him, and find him, though he be not far from every one of us"

In seeking the Presence, it became necessary for God to establish protocols, patterns and principles by which mankind could seek and experience His presence.

The Presence of God is the tangible manifestation of God's existence in a place such that His eternal attributes are fully expressed within the regulations of His glory.
The presence of God has attributes but are regulated by His glory; the Glory of God is the measure of God's Presence activated in a place at a particular time.
From the beginning, the Presence of God has been the delight of the earth as that becomes the point of fellowship that man can encounter God. However, the advent of sin made the Presence of God a fearful expectation.
The Presence of God presents us with the greatest platform for transformation - of the totality of mankind: spirit, soul and body.
