I love this book!
Rhett in Love can be read as a standalone novel, but it is a continuation of Rhett and Clementine story.
Rhett has always been a player, never in a relationship until he realized he was in love with his best friend Clementine. Rhett and Clementine moved to Boston so Clementine could go to college. They decided to move in together and jumped right into the relationship. They were not prepared for all that living together entailed. As Clementine became busy at school and in study groups with a guy who showed interest in her, Rhett wasn't prepared for the feelings of jealousy he had.
After receiving news of his mother's failing health, Rhett had to go home to take care of her. Your heart will break for Rhett as he struggles with his feelings of not being good enough from his mothers abandonment choosing alcohol over him.
Will all this be too much for Rhett to deal with? Will it push him back to his old ways and push Clementine away? You don't want to miss what happens in Rhett and Clementine's story.
I loved this book when I read it and I enjoyed it even more listening to it!
