  • Ink Theory

In this episode of Rhi-Take, we interviewed the one and only Austin Patterson! Rhiannon LOVES this man to death not merely because he married her best friend Dr. Dominique, but because he is an outstanding individual with great perspectives on any and EVERYTHING. Patterson has been making goals and SMASHING them since the moment Rhiannon met him. From IAMNEWPRODUCTIONS, to EAZY T's, and several other business endeavors, Austin moved from being the crazy van man, to the college garage T-shirt business, the A1 car salesman, and has finally staked himself, alongside his business partner (also named Austin hahaha) in Albuquerque, NM. "Ink Theory" has grown very quickly over the past three years and has survived MUCH MORE than many small businesses could withstand in its first years. Luckily, INK THEORY is thriving, even with the bouts of depression that COVID has bestowed upon many small businesses. Tune in and hear a REFRESHING perspective from the man that Rhiannon has spent years discussing business plans with. Austin will amaze you with his inspirational story, and motivate you to move in the direction in which you passions are screaming at you.

  • Rhi-Parent

In this episode of Rhi-Take, we found our favorite social worker Ciara to shed some light on the process of re-parenting yourself. As two women whom weren't raised in the greatest of circumstances, we talk about the toxic and healthy ways that both of us have navigated through our healing and re-parenting. As most of us should already know by now, our parents are not perfect. They do the best they can with what they have. Having to re-parent ourselves does not make our parents bad people - it's merely a part of the process and a part of the journey towards our highest self. As always, lets remember that our circumstances can either be our INITIATIVE, or our EXCUSE. That decision is our own.
