2018. What a year. For so many reasons. Not least because of all the awesome music and all the memories the music has for me. These are my top 20 tracks released this year, starting from no.20 through to my no.1.
It's been a year defined by disco for me. The outstanding party and label Glitterbox has been a big part of this and features 5 times in my countdown, including Shapeshifters with Try My Love with the no.1 spot. And I'll never forget the moment Dames Brown performed Calling Out at Ministry of Sound earlier in the year. They come in at no.13.
Joey Negro has also been stand out for me this year and his label Z Records grabs three of the top 10 spots. And Purple Disco Machine has had another excellent year in 2018, with a couple of his remixes featuring.
Special shout out goes to Lenny Fontana for Fire a tune I cannot help but sing along to!
