When things don’t go to plan, how do you respond? Who do you allow yourself to become? Over the past few years, I have learnt a lot of self regulation, spirituality, conscious communication and my leadership. 

I have also been stuck in perpetual healing as a fallout from an unplanned unraveling in my business and then in my life … I felt like I couldn’t heal enough of my wounds and meet enough of my shame to open my throat chakra back up …. So I kept going and the pain in my own perpetuation of the lack of momentum could only be healed when I made a new decision and finally decided that I was my own antidote. 

And that I did not need to dive into my shame and pain anymore (at least for where I am today). Don’t let yourself become overindulgent in getting there that you forget about who and what needs you right here and right now just as you are!
