When I first launched House of Vibration, I knew I wanted to collaborate with other event leaders who truly got it. I came in strong, immediately working a series of desastroso events (yes — that chaotic). I remember telling myself, "I might just have to skip the applause on this one," because the level of unprofessionalism was shocking.
I thought, "What was I thinking? Most people in this space have all the heart… except the execution."
Then I started collaborating with Lily. And everything shifted.
The one thing that stood out immediately was the level of professionalism she carried into her events. I realized — yes, this girl can sing, sweat it out flipping tables, cut deals with sponsors, staff talent, and still look cool while doing it. She isn’t just a sound healer — this girl is an executor. She gets it done.
I watched her take charge in a way most people who’ve been doing events for years still can’t. Having worked with and trained so many event planners over the years, I knew right away when I see a super star in the space.
Coming from the corporate world of hosting large entrepreneurial events, I was used to order, systems, and flow. And don’t get me wrong — when there’s order, you actually set yourself up to let it all go wild in the most beautiful way.
This episode is a deep dive into the unseen side of Miami’s most epic wellness events: Boundaries, Sobriety, and Sacred Spreadsheet.
We talk about how to build a community that’s truly tapped in, hold strong boundaries while leading with heart, create sober sanctuaries that feel alive, and treat your spreadsheets and systems as a sacred gift — not just busy work.
