Diamond Young, MBA, is the Founder of BLK Directory, which is an online marketplace app designed to support black entrepreneurs and provide users with an easy way to find black businesses globally. Diamond is teaching women of color entrepreneurs and small black business owners how to be limitless and strive in their ventures. She produces a weekly podcast show, The BLK Directory Podcast, where she focuses on sharing the stories of black business owners with a wide lens.

While working in the Learning + Development space at Twitter, Inc., she's had the pleasure of working alongside Stanford's Business School and UCLA Anderson School of Management to cultivate an experience for women leaders. Also, Diamond manages relationships with Yale, Harvard Business School, global executive coaches, and other institutions to provide continuous learning opportunities for employees.

Diamond has experience with marketing campaigns, career development, and public relations strategies. She's had the pleasure of leading these efforts with NBC Universal, North Carolina A&T State University, The John Maxwell Team, etc. She's able to leverage her marketing and business experience in the corporate realm to teach black entrepreneurs how to integrate this into their own business strategies.
