Richard Thompson is founder and chairman of M&C Saatchi Talent Group, M&C Saatchi Merlin, M&C Saatchi UK group and chairman of Southshore Productions. Richard set up his talent agency in 2003, and it’s now one of the best in the business. Among the names he represents are Freddy Flintoff, Jamie Redknapp, Pixie Lott and David Gandy.
