In addition to his hands-on work with athletes, Tyler is the founder of Lesher LLC, a company dedicated to providing high-level education to clinicians in the sports medicine and performance fields. Through this platform, he offers online courses, including the Advanced Rehab Certification, and will soon be hosting escaLAte: Sports Medicine and Performance Summit—a premier event that brings together industry experts to share the latest research and best practices in sports medicine and performance.

A 29 year old fitness instructor and coach. Born, raised and located in Los Angeles, California. Jalen is a former collegiate athlete having played basketball at the JC and division 3 levels. He studied kinesiology at College of Canyons and Wells before fully pursuing fitness. He has been coaching for the last 7 years and is currently at Studeo in Beverly Hills, California.

Charles is the co-founder and co-CEO of Crosscourt, a basketball-inspired performance club with its first location in Downtown Los Angeles. Originally from Philadelphia, Charles graduated from the University of Southern California (USC). He gained experience in real estate brokerage, financial structuring, and development projects while working for Cushman & Wakefield and an Andreessen Horowitz-backed real estate startup.

Driven by his entrepreneurial spirit and passion for creating a better way to play pickup basketball, Charles co-founded Crosscourt. Leveraging his comprehensive expertise and deep understanding of both the basketball and real estate markets, he continues to lead Crosscourt toward innovative growth and success, with a vision to expand the brand nationwide, enabling adults to enjoy basketball across the country.

Eli Wininger is a reservist in the Egoz Unit and spent 3.5 years serving in Israel as a Platoon Sergeant after graduating from the University of Southern California as a double business and accounting major. Eli is currently a hybrid athlete and competitive ultra marathon runner that races 50 milers, 100 milers, and in 2 weeks he'll be racing the Moab 240. Beyond ultra marathons, Eli has completed several Ironman races, is a certified yoga instructor and daily meditation practitioner. Eli is a nutrition and fitness coach that works with his clients on everything from preparing a customized and sustainable diet to them to be in the best shape of their lives, whether that's weightlifting, yoga, or running ultras. Eli's passion is to help others be the best version of themselves and believes that requires discipline and consistency, two of the most important lessons he learned from the IDF.
