As Christians, we're called to stand up for what is right, even when it's uncomfortable or unpopular. In his message, "How to Speak Truth to Power," Pastor Rick Brown uses the story of John the Baptist's encounter with King Herod in Mark 6:14-29 as a foundation for offering practical guidance on speaking truth to power. Reflecting on this story, we're prompted to ask ourselves whether we've ever been in a situation where we knew the right thing to do but were afraid to speak up. This quote from Franklin D.
