Dr. Michelle Rozen, PhD is "The Change Doctor." She tells Rick that receiving a genuine, specific compliment physiologically triggers the same reaction in the brain as when you are given money.  She also says by looking for ways to pay someone a compliment, you can do a lot to improve your outlook on life and your happiness.

Florida is still the number one destination for Pittsburghers -- especially in the cold of January and February. But Ida D'Errico, the organizer of this weekend's Triple A Pittsburgh Travel Showcase, says cruises are very popular and the "three I's" are still selling very quickly, trips to Italy, Ireland and Iceland.
