    In this edition of #RickPartysNotebook,

As a black man, #LeBronJames has been on the receiving end of negativity from #Trump & his supporters, to sports fans arguing about his greatness, he's even been told to "Shut up and Dribble."

Never The Less, LeBron James continues to work hard for his family, his community, team and humanity. When the game is over, lights are powered off and fans stop screaming, LeBron is still a man who realizes that what he does for people is the rent he pays is from the gifts he's been given to inspire and help others.

Brother, continue your work as a philanthropist, humanitarian, social activist and especially a husband & father. And, congrats on your 4th NBA Championship with your 3 team!

    In this edition of #RickPartysNotebook...

Back in the day, before social media was a big thing, the only way we could watch videos back in the 80s was Friday night videos, there we'd watch the hottest areas, black-and-white, entertaining us through properly music genres such as #disco #pop, #rock, this was before #hiphop took flight, and one of the biggest rock artist made a hit called #Jump."

That group was Van Halen, with the hit "jump" Van Halen was ranked #1 on the charts and was inducted into the Rockin Roll Hall Fame.

Sadly, Van Halen's front man, Eddie Van Halen has passed after a long, hard battle with cancer... He was 65.
