Ohio baseball powerhouse Defiance High School Head Baseball Coach Rick Weaver joins Adam Moreau on episode 22 of The Layback Podcast. Rick's passion for youth development is evident. Beyond his role with the baseball program, he is also the Head Golf Coach at the school. With a good bit of modesty, Rick has been a part of some massive innovations in the high school baseball world. From intent-based throwing programs, to competition-centric training and practice design, his mission is to help his players become the most athletic, physical, and knowledgable group to take the field.
