Acts 4:1-22

The church in Acts is booming! The Spirit has arrived and the church is functioning as a community of missionaries who are seeing the Lord add to their number daily those who are being saved. What will move the needle toward the accomplishment of a world-wide mission to get the gospel to the ends of the earth? In a word, persecution. This sermon explores the place of persecution in God’s plan for advancing the gospel to our neighborhood and the nations.
