SEED OF FAITH

YOU HAVE NO IDEA WHAT GOD MAY PRODUCE THROUGH A SINGLE SEED PLANTED IN FAITH.

The LORD said to Abram, Go from your country, your people and your father's household to the land I will show you. I will make you into a great nation, and I will bless you; I will make your name great, and you will be a blessing. Gen 12:1-2

Some time later, the Lord spoke to Abram in a vision and said to him, “Do not be afraid, Abram, for I will protect you, and your reward will be great.” 2 But Abram replied, “O Sovereign Lord, what good are all your blessings when I don’t even have a son?” … Gen 15:1-2

We tend to think addition.

God thinks multiplication.

JUST BECAUSE YOU DON’T SEE SOMETHING – DOESN’T MEAN GOD ISN’T DOING SOMETHING

Then the Lord took Abram outside and said to him, “Look up into the sky and count the stars if you can. That’s how many descendants you will have!” Genesis 15:5

If you belong to Christ, then you are Abraham’s seed … Galatians 3:29 NIV

IF GOD ALWAYS MET YOUR EXPECTATIONS, HE WOULD NEVER HAVE THE CHANCE TO EXCEED THEM

What shall we say the kingdom of God is like … It is like a mustard seed, which is the smallest of all seeds on earth. Yet when planted, it grows and becomes the largest of all garden plants, with such big branches that the birds can perch in its shade. Mk 4:30-32
