Each March, Black Dog Ride’s "1 Dayer" events take place nationwide, bringing mental health and suicide prevention into the spotlight. By 2018, over 6,500 riders participated across 40 regions.

The organization also runs an annual long-distance ride, engaging communities across Australia to spark vital conversations about mental health.

Year-round, dedicated volunteers continue raising awareness in local communities.
