Shifting perspectives allows you to release the judgement that you place on yourself - which likely came from all of the programming of what you should be and what you should do. Let's make little shifts to release ourselves from the guilt and shame. Identify what your intentions are and then align your actions to them. There is no right and wrong - only am I making choices that align with what I say that I want.
