Right Brain Journeys is back! We’re starting the new year with a focus on mentorship. Professional transitions can be challenging, and having some guidance can be extremely helpful. In this episode, Gino talks about how mentors can play a significant role in our career success. Gino shares stories about the impact his mentors have had on his professional life. He offers tips on finding a mentor who’s a good match and outlines some available resources that personalize the mentorship experience for YOU.

Episode 6. In this episode, Gino defines gratitude as movement and discusses how displaying gratitude helps us feel good. Expressing gratitude through language triggers within us powerful emotions and that positive energy is contagious. Gino also talks about how we can feel grateful every single day.

Episode five. In this episode, Gino breaks down how we can use contrast as a tool for self-development. Acknowledging what we don’t want can push us to pursue what we do want. Gino explains the law of attraction and how this can help us on our journey to feeling good. He provides actionable steps to answer the question, “What should we do when we encounter something we don’t want?”
