Right To Disconnect From Work.

The right to disconnect or to break from the office has been a discussion point since the dawn of email and mobile devices.   

The Canadian province of Ontario, following other European countries including France,  is the latest to introduce legislation around the right of employees to disconnect from work-related messages, including email and other forms of messaging or the employer could face penalties.
