Autonomous Sensory Meridian Response is the experience of 'feeling sound' or having a physical response to audio and is used by a growing number of people to help with anxiety, insomnia, relaxation and even pain relief. 

As well as exploring the very different sides to ASMR ourselves, we also have a fascinating chat with Psychologist Giulia Poerio about the science behind the phenomenon.

She talked us through how to change the way we process stress and tone our nervous system, so that we can stay better connected, responding appropriately rather than reacting in those moments of stress.

Old fave, new intro! We talked to podcast host Lisa Paasche about her experience of going through peri-menopause, which led her to a late diagnosis of ADHD. She shares why perimenopause can be a particularly challenging time for people with ADHD, the relief that came with her diagnosis, and everything that she has learned along the way.

Lisa is the host of a new podcast called 'Am I crazy or…', which focuses on the spicy combo of perimenopause and ADHD, talking to experts about these two complex subject areas.
