We all get our butts kicked from time to time. I'm thankful for a God that restores and teaches us through the most challenging of circumstances. I'm hard-pressed to find a more poetic and dramatic picture of restoration than Job's story.

Forgiveness of sins through Christ's sacrifice could have been the end of the story, but Jesus came back. With all authority given to him by the Father, he commands us to make disciples. All too often we've overcomplicated that command. Do we really believe that Jesus died and rose again? Do we really believe that we'll die and rise again? What does any of this stuff really look like? We'll only find spiritual growth by diving into this conversation with those around us. There is a place for asking questions and exploring a deeper spirituality through the Word in our own homes. Since we have eternity, it is never too late to start.
