It's nice to be back! Vacation is over and school is officially in session, as Duane Denison is here this week to drop a ton of knowledge on us. Not only is his legendary band, The Jesus Lizard, releasing a new album this Friday, but he was kind enough to swing through and chat all things songwriting, maintaining integrity as a band, gear, and much more.
Their new album "RACK" will be available wherever you listen to music via Ipecac Recordings
The Jesus Lizard will also be hitting the road later this year, and you would be a fool to sleep on one of their shows. Check their dates HERE

In 2001 VH1 debuted the show Bands on the Run. It was a massive hit, yet it only lasted one season... We felt like it needed much more attention.
In the wake of Flickerstick's reunion (long after Soulcracker, Harlow, and Josh Dodes threw in their towels), we have decided to break down this insanely dated time-capsule of what-the-f*ckedness and talk with other touring musicians, friends, and music journalists about what they got wrong and what they got right.
For this episode Ian, Nat, and Ross are forced to close this chapter of their lives with a fond(ling?) look back with BOTR expert: Jon Wurster (the Mountain Goats, Bob Mould, The Best Show, and more).
You can watch every episode of the show for free on youtube HERE. Catch up and catch the magic.
Jon will be hitting the road next month and you can/SHOULD buy tix HERE

Ross goes borderline punisher on Steve Moore about all things John Carpenter, Tangerine Dream, Goblin, and of-course the newest album from ZOMBI: "Direct Inject".
Keyboardist and bassplayer Steve Moore came through to talk all things film scores, got nerdy on synths, and how touring has evolved over the decades for bands like Goblin and his band ZOMBI.
ZOMBI's latest album is available now on all platforms via Relapse Records, scope their bandcamp page for everything you need.
