Lt: Rimas ir Gaile stovėjo priešais didelį namą, apsuptą vešlia žaluma ir miško pakraščiais.
En: Rimas and Gaile stood in front of a large house, surrounded by lush greenery and forest edges.

Lt: Vasaros saulė pliūpsniais švietė per medžių lapus, o ore skambėjo paukščių giesmės.
En: The summer sun shone in bursts through the tree leaves, and the air resonated with birdsong.

Lt: Šįkart šeima rinkosi švęsti Joninių, tradicinės lietuviškos Rasos šventės.
En: This time, the family gathered to celebrate Joninės, the traditional Lithuanian Rasos festival.

Lt: Rimas jautėsi neišsakytai įsitempęs.
En: Rimas felt indescribably tense.

Lt: Jis troško, kad ši šeimos šventė būtų tobula.
En: He longed for this family celebration to be perfect.

Lt: Skrupulingai suplanavo kiekvieną detalę: nuo staltiesių spalvos iki užkandžių pavadinimų.

Lt: Gal leiskim šventei šiek tiek plaukti pasroviui?
En: Maybe we should let the celebration flow a bit?"

Lt: "Rimas nesutiko iš karto.
En: Rimas didn't agree immediately.

Lt: Jo galvoje sukosi visos smulkmenos, kurias jis kruopščiai užrašė.
En: All the details he'd carefully noted were spinning in his head.
