Ring Of Thunder

Another famous Batman story gets the animated movie treatment, a couple of comic book shows say goodbye, Sexy Thor wonders who will be King of the Ring, and The Boss returns!  I'm talking about someone better than Sexy Thor or Springsteen and you can bank...on...that!

PS: 10 days til DragonCooooooooooonnnnnnnn!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Its the WTLK SummerSlam Summer Spectacular!  Everybody retains at NXT Takeover: Toronto with a major heel going over and Bray Wyatt went a *head* and made summer end.  Also Sexy Thor attempts to clean up his sound quality, if you listen for that kind of thing.  I mean what am I, Thunder Talk?

Kevin Conroy further legitimizes his claim to being the Best Batman Ever, SummerSlam build up gets even more SummerSlammier, some behind the scenes/audio diary in the making of Thunder Talk Annual, and some breaking news as Sexy Thor discovers the greatest game ever, WWE 2K20.  Sure, don't judge a book/game by its cover but its BECKY AND ROMAN, GUYS!!!!

After all the amazingness that was SDCC, Sexy Thor is all dried up on comic book news but takes the thunder over to Nash Vegas and talks Smackville and runs down the card(so far!) for SummerSlam.  Fairly slow news cycle that he managed to make 15 minutes out of, not bad.  Also some talks and announcements and clarifications concerning Thunder Talk!

After last week got Extreme, Sexy Thor takes a detour on the road to Summerslam and goes all in with Comicon International in San Diego.  Was he actually there?  No but that thunder dude became the God of YouTube Bingeing.  Walking Dead!  DC!  Agents of SHIELD!  The slate of MCU stuff for the next two years, especially (Sexy) Thor: Love and Thunder (Talk)!

Lightning Lad and Sexy Thor(or Double L and The Heartbreak God) recording from THAT part of the Dave & Busters bar talking Extreme Rules while Extreme Rules is happening!  Listen as Lightning Lad becomes 40% more of a pro wrestling fan and Sexy Thor just gives random streams of commentary while focusing on the action leading up to the real kicker at the end as Sexy Thor gives a frightened play by play of Brock Lesnar cashing in his Money In The Bank contract.  An episode so Extreme we had to rebrand it.  Welcome to WTLK: The Thunder!

This week we go all sideways on Batman!  Who are his real friends?  Why so serious?  And what's his problem anyway?  Beth and Kawika scrape the bottom of the barrel with Dudes and Dragons.  California correspondent Davey Adams gives his report on the earthquake situation while The Good Doctor drops some electronica on Studio D.  Sexy Thor and Lightning Lad spoil the heck out of Spider-Man: Far From Home.  All that plus a fresh serving of WTLK and Dan's Bad Advice with pineapples on top!
