Jesus was simply one of many wise, spiritual teachers in history. Jesus was a prophet. Jesus was crazy! Jesus was a hoax. Just like there was in Jesus’s own time, there are many opinions in our world today of who Jesus is, but there’s only one view that is true. Today in his message, Pastor Dan will encourage you to hold tightly to the truth of who Jesus actually is. He is the Son of God, who died for our sins, and rose from the grave so that we might have new life in Him. That is the solid rock that your faith stands on.

All you need to do is share what Jesus has done for you. The most powerful way to tell someone about Jesus is to tell them how Jesus changed you.

If you want to get stronger, you need to discipline yourself with a workout routine. If you want bigger muscles you need to work at it regularly. Do you work on developing your prayer muscles? Today, in his message, Pastor Dan will show you an example of Jesus helping to push someone to grow her prayer muscles, and what a great example of perseverance it is! God may not answer your prayer the first or the second time. He may not be saying no; He wants you to persevere. He wants you to ask, and you will receive. 

Does God stop caring about you? It’s an interesting question because sometimes it can feel like God has left you alone to deal with your sins, but he will never stop caring about you. No matter how far gone you are, no matter how bad you feel like you’ve messed up, God will always be there when you call on Him. Today, Pastor Dan is going to remind you that even though God might let you mess up, He will always be there to catch you. Not out of anger or disappointment, but out of compassion and love. 

Are you using God as an excuse for unbiblical behavior? It can be dangerous to misuse the word of God. Phrases like “we’re married under God’s eyes” or “God knows my heart” can become justifications for you living in sinful behavior. Just because you follow one part of the bible doesn’t mean you get to turn the other way to the parts you don’t agree with. In today’s message, Pastor Dan is going to remind you not to spiritualize your own transgressions to make them easier to deal with. 

Have you ever felt like you’re not equipped to do what God has called on your life? Well, you aren’t! Today, Pastor Dan is going to remind you that Jesus is the one who equips you to do ministry. Everybody wants to sin by nature, and nobody wants to follow God. You have to choose to follow Him. You’re going to feel like you aren’t worthy of His love, but you are. God doesn’t ask for a lot, He just wants a little bit of faith. He can take your little bit of faith and multiply it like you couldn’t imagine. 

Are you standing up in the face of cancel culture? It’s easy to say one “wrong” opinion and get yelled at over social media, or looked down upon because you stood up for your beliefs. Maybe it’s the fear of losing your job, losing your relationship, or looking like the odd one out. It’s hard to stand up for beliefs that the world thinks are wrong, but don’t live in fear! God will protect you and give you the right words to say. Today, Pastor Dan is going to encourage you to remain true to what God’s word says. 

Am I the only one that’s ever been so familiar with a route I drive every day that I actually miss a turn due to daydreaming? I never thought of familiarity as being dangerous before. But it can cost time and energy. Maybe even mental and emotional strain. Pastor Dan explains today that the ultimate price tag could be one’s own salvation. You see, the people of Nazareth watched Jesus grow up as a small boy. They thought they knew Him. Sadly, they were blind to the true nature of Jesus. Friends, don’t let this be you!

God knows what we go through and He’s experienced similar situations to what we’ve walked through. Now, this may be old news for some, while new news for others. But today’s teaching from Pastor Dan brings a fresh reminder of the steadfastness of Jesus for those that believe in Him. Many were surprised and questioned His teachings.
