Water is an essential resource to life on this planet. It is invaluable in all the ways any resource could be; physically, mentally, emotionally and spiritually. When we are around water our overall sense of well-being is increased, stress and anxiety are reduced, and heart and breathing rates become lower allowing safer and better physical movement. This Shower Meditation is more like a ritual I practice daily. And it's an awareness practice I recommend to everyone who can take a shower independently.
