James and George both knew Dicko, as he was to almost everyone, through working in tennis and have both separately tried to put into words what he meant to them.
This obituary from Jonathan McEvoy, who knew Dicko for far longer, is a fitting tribute: https://www.dailymail.co.uk/sport/tennis/article-12975403/Mike-Dickson-Jonathan-McEvoy-tribute-friend-colleague-Mail-Sport-Australian-Open.html
