Supreme Court Justice Ruth Bader Ginsberg passed away late last week, and this has left a gaping hole at the center of the U.S. Supreme Court. With less than 40 days until the election, we will see if Trump and the senate led by Mitch McConnell will force a judge through in the fastest time in modern history.

To make things more interesting, there is a big discussion to be had about whether or not they are acting ethically as Obama was denied a Supreme Court appointment, after he tried to nominate Merrick Garland. His nomination was denied because it was his last year as president, and the senate chose to not vote on the nomination.

Will we see a majority conservative supreme court moving forward?
