Show Notes 3 Important Reasons Your Need Branding
- You need recognition. If someone goes to your website and has no idea who you are and what you do. You have lost a potential client. It’s that quick. 3-5 seconds on average. As a web designer for 20 years, I can tell you how quickly a person will leave a site if they have no idea what they are dealing with or have no easy way to interact with said site.
- Branding helps people know who to expect from you. If I market my web and graphic design business and brand it as such, people know they can come to me for that. Will clients come to me that want accounting, no. I am situated in a niche market, I proclaim what I do, I am branded as such which leaves no one to “try to figure it out”. They know what to expect from me.
- Creates loyal customers and referrals. Which creates growth and longevity in your business. If you provide a service or product without visible branding how can this be passed onto others with ease? How can I refer you? If you don’t have a logo, a website, social media, anything that showcases who you are that is concise and branded, you will get lost in the mix.
