On this Episode, Sandy is back to share her word of the year, why a word of the year and how for some that word truly encompasses all aspects of their year.  

On this episode Sandy shares an event that occured and all the mercury retrogradedness that truly influenced the insanity. Communication issue, technology blips, all the things that lead to an important lesson that crap happens!  That at times things do not turn out as planned and we at times need to have the moment of WT, and assure we communicate the situation and our feelings, feel the feels and let it go.  Release it and do not allow yourself to live and fester in it.
