My soul, wait silently for God alone, for my

He has given us all we need to believe (action/works validating the

We have allowed this anti-authority world to corrupt
our view of Jesus. He's not just a whimsical, romantic, “knight in shining
armor” saving us from peril, but our God calling us, our creator, our
authority with both a description and prescription for our life.

In our lives we have a choice – to live life how we
want or how we were designed to. Over the course of our years
we accumulate opinions and ideas on what we think we want or
how we think life should be lived. We then judge others for not
matching/meeting our standards. Ask yourself this: Where in my
life do I have “Christian” standards and not “Christ” standards?
