This one's a little spicier than usual.
We see it all the time on Instagram: the overnight wins, the "I made six figures in one launch" posts, the people who make it look effortless. And that's not always fake. But what we don't see is the years of consistency behind it.
In this episode, I share about what I’ve seen BTS as a co-coach and as someone who’s been in the coaching industry for 4+ years around what it actually takes to be successful.
I'm also sharing the story of my first launch post-grad, where I made $16,500 in ELS sales the month after a lull…not because I felt 100% every day, but because I showed up anyway.
If you've ever felt like you're doing it wrong because your business isn't blowing up as fast as you expected it to, this episode is for you.
What You'll Learn In This Episode:
The difference between "posting and ghosting" and actually building momentum
A real debrief of my Somatic Sales Lab launch: the slow start and what turned it around
How to build a business that honors the seasons of your life while still being consistent
Creating inevitable results….even while feeling like “is this even working!?”

You don't need a massive audience to make sales.
You don't need to constantly pitch your offer, chase people down in the DMs, or convince someone that they need to work with you.
And you definitely don't need to turn your business into one giant commercial.
If you're a spiritual entrepreneur, coach, healer, or creative, there's a good chance you've felt the tension between wanting to sell your work and not wanting to become the kind of person who's constantly pressuring people to buy.
But sales are a relational skill.
The more you learn how to genuinely connect with people, communicate the value of your work, and become confident in your offer, the easier it becomes to sell without forcing it.
In this episode, I'm breaking down why relationships are such a powerful part of the sales process, especially when you're growing a business with a smaller audience.
I'm sharing stories from my own business—including how I went from launching Embodied Leadership Sanctuary three times with crickets to eventually building a six-figure business around one core offer—and what changed when I stopped assuming I needed more people and started getting better at sales.
We'll also talk about the energetic side of selling, how to know when to lean in versus give someone space, why immediately discounting your offer can actually break trust, and what it looks like to help someone make an empowered decision without pressuring them.

Have you ever gotten off a sales call and felt kind of… icky? Like you followed all the "right" steps, said all the "right" things, but something about it just didn't feel like you?
You're not alone.
So much of what we've been taught about sales was built for churn-and-burn business models — scarcity tactics, urgency, pressure, hiding your prices until someone's trapped on a call with you.
And if you're a therapist, coach, healer, or spiritual entrepreneur, that model probably makes your skin crawl a little. Because you didn't get into this work to manipulate people. You got into it to serve them.
In this episode, I'm breaking down what embodied sales actually look like — how to sell in a way that keeps you connected to your body, honors the other person's autonomy, and still closes the sale. I'm sharing real client stories, what shifted for me after years of inconsistent revenue, and why the sales tactics that "work" for bro marketers actually destroy trust, retention, and your reputation in the long run.
This isn't about having the perfect script. It's about learning how to hold space, stay regulated, and let your sales process be an extension of the same care you already bring to your clients.

Lately I've been going deeper into mindset work, not the dreamy vision-board kind, but the kind that asks you to look at the shit that's actually holding you back.
The shame.
The urgency.
The stories you've been avoiding.
Because here's what I've noticed after working behind the scenes of multiple seven-figure businesses: the CEOs who scale sustainably aren't the ones who never have problems.
They're the ones who can stay neutral when problems show up.
In this episode, I'm breaking down two things that have completely shifted how I run my business (and myself):
Why neutralizing shame is what actually creates momentum, and why leading from urgency will always make your strategy feel more confusing than it needs to be.
And why leading with desire, not just "the how," is the thing that got me to my first 70k year… even when everyone around me said it was too much, too soon, too risky.

Have you noticed that the "rules" of online marketing just don't seem to work the way they used to?
The perfectly polished content.
The by-the-book sales pitch.
The "are you struggling with XYZ" hook.
You're doing what you were taught… and it's just not landing the same way.
Here's the thing: it's not you. It's the industry shifting.
In this episode, I'm talking about the biggest change I'm seeing in the coaching space right now and it's not a new funnel or a new platform. It's authenticity.
I'm sharing why organic, heart-led content is outperforming the "professional" version of ourselves we've been taught to perform online, what happened when one of my clients went from 270 to almost 1,000 followers overnight from one talking-head reel, and the deeper question I think every spiritual entrepreneur needs to be asking themselves right now: who are you underneath the title, the niche, the "brand"?
Because the businesses I see thriving right now aren't the ones with the most refined messaging. They're the ones being fully, unapologetically themselves and letting their work speak from that place.

If you're a therapist, coach, or healer, chances are you've internalized the idea that charging well for your work makes you less "in integrity."
That somehow, the more “in integrity” and spiritual you are, the less you should charge.
But what if that belief is actually part of a system designed to keep healers underpaid, overgiving, and burnt out?
In this episode, I'm breaking down the real (and honestly, kind of systemic) reasons healers are conditioned to charge less — from insurance payout structures in therapy to the going rate for yoga teachers — and why being well-resourced actually makes you a better, more present healer.
I'm also getting into the nuance of energetic alignment and money: yes, frequency matters, but it's not magic alone. I'm sharing why what got you to 5K months won't get you to 10K, why trust with money matters more than constant manifestation, and how to keep building even when it doesn't feel high-vibe every day.

Does posting on social media give you the ick?
Do you feel like you have to "brand" yourself into a version of you that doesn't quite feel real?
If you're a therapist, coach, healer, or spiritual entrepreneur, you've probably felt this tension: you want to market your work, but you don't want it to feel performative, curated, or disconnected from who you actually are.
And so much of the online space has conditioned us to believe that if we just follow the right formula like the right hook, the right trending audio, the right offer positioning….the results will follow.
In this episode, I'm sharing what actually shifted from feeling constricted by rules and strategies to creating content that feels like a true embodiment of my life and my work. I'm breaking down the exact moments including a random reel from a music festival that ended up outperforming every "strategic" post I'd ever made — that showed me authenticity isn't just more aligned, it's more effective.
Because the truth is, the best marketing doesn't come from a formula. It comes from you actually showing up as yourself.
What You'll Learn In This Episode:
Why curated, performative content is dying out and what people actually want instead
How releasing the fear of judgment changes the way you show up online
Why storytelling outperforms formulaic sales content
How giving real value (instead of gatekeeping) builds trust faster than a perfect pitch
Why "don't give your power away to the strategy" might be the most important business lesson you'll hear this year

Sometimes it can feel confusing to grow your business when it seems like everyone online is telling you that you need more.
More followers.
More content.
More offers.
More platforms.
More strategies.
You’re showing up, posting consistently, trying to make sales… but your revenue still feels inconsistent.
And part of you wonders if you’re just missing something.
Especially as a therapist, coach, healer, or spiritual entrepreneur… you care deeply about the work that you do.
But you don’t want to feel like you have to pressure people, perform online, or use sales strategies that feel disconnected from who you are.
And yet, so much of the online space has conditioned us to believe that if we just get more visibility, then everything will finally click.
In this episode, I’m breaking down what actually shifted in my business when I went from inconsistent months, failed launches, and feeling like I needed to do more… to scaling one signature offer and hitting my first 70k year.
Because this isn’t actually about needing a massive audience.
I’m sharing the energetic shifts and strategic pieces that changed everything for me—from trying to over-give and over-prove myself on sales calls to creating relationship-based sales processes that actually worked.
What You'll Learn In This Episode:
• Why audience growth alone won’t fix inconsistent revenue
• The energetic shift that helped me create my first 5-figure launch
• How relationship-based sales create stronger long-term growth
• Why simplicity often creates more results than adding more strategies
• How to think about sales as service rather than pressure
