Reid Peterson is the Creator of Grief Refuge, a mobile app that provides daily support to people in grief. Reid's biological father died in 2006 and his stepfather died in 2016. After realizing grief support could be provided more consistently, he made the Grief Refuge app to be a daily companion to help navigate the grief journey.

Reid lives with his wife, Jessica, in Santa Barbara, California. He enjoys quality time at the beach, hiking to process emotions, and other activities to be a better version of himself.
