Rise

Host John Byrne welcomes Anne Fortin to the RISE studio to talk about her career journey, the synergies between RSA and Intact, the Leadership Success Factors, the way she stills feels excited about a new marketing campaign and why having 12 car seats was a necessity.

This time on RISE we welcome RSA CEO Kevin Thompson to the pod. Kevin talks to our host Amanda Johnson about career, resilience, consistency, authenticity and courage. He tells us about his days as a young man in Limerick, the setbacks and influences that shaped his life and how the decisions he made and his mentors from inside and outside his work life made the difference for him. He also talks about his hopes for the business he's in and how community is such a valuable piece of the corporate jigsaw.

Chairperson of the Board, Emer Daly talks to Amanda about accounting over sheep farming in Australia, impersonating Sarah Jessica Parker in Manhattan, playing second fiddle to a nanny and why she hasn't got a female role model.

Amanda Johnson chats with MD of 123.ie Elaine Robinson, about how a  TV Weather Woman led her on a round the world trip connecting radio networks,  her ability to land a data analytics role with no prior experience, her IVF journey, the family work juggle, her plans for 123.ie. and lots more.
