Over eight days 13-20 Nov, more than 100 events – half of which are free – will take place during the day and night in Melbourne’s live music venues, on the streets, in laneways and other unique spaces in the city.

Jessie and Carlos join with VAC counsellor Guy Campbell in an important follow up to Mental Heath Week. Together they discuss strategies and available services in response to anxiety and depression in our community including the Calming Anxiety Group.
