Did you know that there are two definitions of strongholds in the Bible? Both the stronghold that we tear down as well as the One we press into? Strongholds are an important topic for us because an ungodly stronghold can completely derail us, deceive us, and defeat us if we aren’t standing up in our spiritual armor to bring down crippling strongholds. 

In this episode, we address the issue of spiritual strongholds and look at the spiritual weapons we have been given to start demolishing strongholds that have held us captive.

In this episode, we’re talking about forgiveness. We all know that forgiveness is a command from God, but what if we’re still stuck in hurt, anger, and blame towards those who have hurt us? I get it, I’ve been there. We are going to get real about understanding what forgiveness is and isn’t as well as walk through an exercise of forgiveness at the end of the episode, so stick around. 

I believe that forgiveness is one of the root issues that everyone struggling with getting real healing is facing. It’s also one of the easiest issues to address in inner healing as God pours out grace on those who trust Him with their hearts in this area. Major transformation comes with the power of forgiveness.

I’ve seen physical issues resolve. I’ve seen people go from frustrated, angry, to peaceful and full of joy and freedom. Forgiveness brings real results. 

More importantly than that, we should forgive because it is important to God. Jesus paid the ultimate price for us to be forgiven so there would be no distance between us and God.

Hello and welcome to this week’s podcast. Today, we are talking about how Inner-Healing should be a part of every believer’s life. I am going to go into some basic, introductory teaching on what inner healing (soul healing, deep level healing) is, how we see it reflected in Jesus’ ministry, as well as an example of what inner healing does for a believer. I encourage you to grab your journal, a pen, and your Bible as we dive into this.

Jesus calls us to freedom. But many of us don't experience it. Saved yes, free no. The freedom and peace he offers is for now as well as for eternity and He gave authority to His disciples (Luke 9:1-2) and to us through them (Matthew 8:28:20), the authority and power to bring freedom in our emotions.

Jesus dying on the cross was a holy exchange for salvation of sins and healing for our bodies and souls.

People are integrated; when they hurt, they usually need healing in more than one part of their being. When we deal with the deeper area through inner healing, the presenting problem that is outwardly seen often resolves.

I am Jackie, a beloved daughter of the king, a treasured wife to one of my greatest gifts, Edgar, and a mom to my arrows- Rowen, Nova, and Nash. My passion and purpose is to be a passionate prayer warrior, a missionary pioneer, and a spiritual midwife who ushers people into freedom through the love of God so that each person can be bold, passionate lovers of Jesus who walk in freedom, calling, and power to change the world for the Gospel.

To kick us off, I want to share a part of my story that is significant to this journey of inviting others to journey towards freedom, healing, and deliverance through their walk with Jesus. 

But first, I want to ask you a question. What does it look like for you to be free from oppression and bondage as a believer in Jesus?

I also found my roar for justice, freedom, and healing in the lives of other women who are ready to be set free from every stronghold. Your inheritance is to walk boldly in your authority and be free to embody lasting healing & deep intimacy with Jesus.

Beloved, we were made to triumph by the blood of the lamb and word of our testimony. From our most vulnerable and broken places, He promises to bestow on us a crown of beauty instead of ashes, the oil of gladness instead of mourning, and a garment of praise instead of a spirit of despair. We will be transformed into these oaks of righteousness, a planting of the LORD for the display of his splendor. So how do we get there?

I invite you to come join the conversation beloved, journey with me, to a loving encounter with Jesus. Come and receive spiritual truths on topics like deep-level heart healing, deliverance, knowing our role as daughter of the King, reclaiming our joy in motherhood and marriage, and discerning our call and purpose in Him. He’s holding His hand out to you, inviting you to trust a little more and go a little deeper, wooing you with his tender, relentless, & loyal love. I pray this space can be a breath of refreshment, a holy ground for healing, a launchpad for victory over the struggles of your life.  May we grow into His likeness and never be the same as we become powerful, laid-down lovers taking a stand to RISE up so we can become the bride we were created to be.
