This was a special edition of Rise Up, as we had Malakai Tha Truth in studio for a live listening party of his upcoming album "Truth Interrupted".  We played his album front to back and dissected each song.  Definitely a new experience for him and the Rise Up Team.  

Episode #126 - DJ LostNFound, Homosexuality in CHH, K. Allico leaves #GOM

@DJLostNFound came in studio to Dj for a live episode.  During the show, we interviewed him, found out his passion for the ministry, and how he got started.  He even let us know he’s been a long time listener.

Later, we spoke about CHH heavy hitter, JGivens, who admitted through social media he was gay.  That admission caused major backlash towards him and he went to Twitter to vent in negative ways. 

Lastly, K. Allico, now King Allico, left record label God Over Money because he felt he was outside of Gods purpose for his life.  This was a major shock as he only just signed to them in January.

Brooklyn native Richard Dauphin (@RichardDauphin) came into the studio to discuss the release of his 3 new singles and upcoming EP entitled “The Good Life”.  He also gave us some dope freestyles and released the actual release date of the album.  Rich will also be having a live interview with Conquest the day of his album release!

Episode #120 - NBA Finals Preview, Memorial Day Recap, Roseanne Show Canceled

Coming back from vacation, @JoeBOSSradio gave us a recap of his cruise to the island of Bermuda for his 5th wedding anniversary. @ProphetLink also recapped his Memorial Day weekend activities.

Actress Roseanne Barr, had her show canceled due to her making racists tweets. This definitely was a shock after her rebooted show topped the charts.

NBA Finals are set to be Warriors vs Cavs pt 4. Lebron James has made serious ground on being the best player ever, but Warriors are still the favorites to win.

The Wisdom on Purpose was about setting up reminders of how God has been good to you and comes through on his promises.
