Cheryl’s guest Napoleon Gratitude discusses how  gratitude transformed his life and rewired his brain. About 5 years ago, Napoleon was facing the most difficult situation in his life. He had started a tech company, raised money from investors then ran out. He was about to lose everything but then a friend suggested to him a 28-day gratitude program, and then a miracle happened.

Within 3 weeks, he met a tech pioneer who agreed to become his partner, then he raised $25K, shortly thereafter he raised $500K and 6 months later, he received $2 Million for his company. He realized the power of gratitude in transforming his life, so he decided to help others change their lives. He has been practicing these exercises for the past five years and has grown a global community of over 18,000 people to whom he sends his daily gratitude exercises.

Napoleon is now on a mission to spread the power of gratitude worldwide.

Six years ago, Heidi fell down a set of stairs leaving her paralyzed from the chest down & permanently wheelchair-bound. Rather than letting her paralysis consume her entirety, she was determined to not let it destroy her identity.

As a plus-sized actor, Lisa Brounstein portrayed many people of size. Topping the scale at over 385 pounds Lisa played many different roles from the Fat Lady on HBO’s Carnivale to Mama Cass in the film My Dinner with Jimi. She has also been an outspoken advocate for people of size. She appeared on Oprah discussing “What It’s Like To Be Fat” exclaiming to Oprah, “I love my body!” Now, years later, she has lost over 185 pounds naturally (125 in the last few years living a ketogenic lifestyle) and still loves her body and wants people to love theirs in the most healthful way possible. She still fights her demons daily – disordered eating, body dysmorphia along with Type 2 Diabetes, menopause, and anxiety.

Sean tells us about how he had a stroke as a young man resulting from a martial arts accident. He was told that he was paralyzed and couldn't use any part of his body immediately after. Sean refused to be told he would live his life in this condition so he started putting in the work and setting goals. Jana tells us about how she lost her dad and two sisters in a car accident by a drunk driver. Jana overcame her grief and found a bright new love for her life. She is a first-grade teacher and uses her career to teach kids how to not sweat the small stuff and enjoy their life.
