Mental health is huge in America and around the world. Pre-pandemic, we were able to hide, mask, and overlook our challenges mishaps and mental health issues. Post pandemic, we are able to see that many of us are in the thick of these mental health issues and how it presents a challenge moving forward in life.

The family structure is backed by traditions. These traditions put an extreme amount of pressure on individuals causing depression and other mental heal issues. The family structure also causes people to drift away creating their own perspectives and traditions whiles other cling to the family structure as a safety net.
