The Quarles are long-time friends of Rising Above Ministries, and we are so grateful to hear their journey with their daughter Madelynn and her extremely rare genetic condition that has caused profound special needs. Along the way, the Quarles have seen the Lord provide and meet their needs, and you will love hearing their story.
