He specializes in bringing concepts from ideas through start-up and operational sustainability and provides strategic advice and consultancy to companies on Cambodian market entry strategy, helping businesses find core value and build strong operational capabilities. Allen also served as the President (Chairman of the Board) of the American Chamber of Commerce in Cambodia from 2018 to 2020.
