How does Risk create Growth?

When we take a "risk" for change (new job, relationship, going back to school) we do it because we want MORE for ourselves, family, or the greater good for all. Is it easy to take the chance and possibly “risk” failure or loss? No.

But when we can shift the perception of the “risk” as an opportunity, we and approach it with a “growth” mindset and learn from our experiences.

With each "risk" we take, we are building our Emotional Intelligence, and most importantly our relationship with ourselves.
