How do you shift from distractive thoughts to finding curiosity and courage throughout the day?
Our perceptions have a lot to do with how we are thinking and what neuropathways the brain uses for the “go to” responses. Marc shares his approach to assist others to become aware of what are the desires of wanting more for in our professional & personal lives, and then helps to devise a path to getting there.
Marc has led an AMAZING life as he pivoted from the film industry to co-creating with others through coaching, and not just any “coach,” he is an inspiration for working from the inside out!

When things rock your world how do you find your center?
We all face challenges in life and everyone’s experiences are different. Although it is the mindset that sets people apart.
Russ Hedge is the living example of, Becoming Centered in Uncertainty, as he has endured numerous challenges in life, with the most recent bout with cancer. Yet he makes the conscious effort to focus on gratitude to ease the uncertainty.
Russ is a firm believer in “putting your oxygen mask on first” and moving forward by making things better based on the strength, awareness, and the lessons learned in life. He is also an advocate for co-creating and building community. His motto is, “We are better together!”
