Thousands of people gathered in Ballycastle (Northern Ireland) to watch the Red Bull World Series Cliff Diving event. I was luck enough to interview one of the professional athletes and two of the safety divers. These athletes enter the water (from a 27 metre platform for men, and 21 metre platform for women) at speeds of up to 85 kph. It was a truly spectacular event!

Jon tells me how he loves to climb 4000metre peaks then ski to the bottom, skiing down is faster but is it riskier?? He also trains clients for a huge variety of outdoor challenges from the Poles to the Himalayas. Jon has found his happy place in the mountains!
