The Human body is an amazing thing and can tell you what it needs exercise wise. if your body is craving to do somthing as far as a workout even if it is something that has never worked before do it anyway. Your mind set also plays a part in getting the results you want, If there is a workout that you do even tho you hate it, stop doing the workout, its not for you.

As much as someone may think that it takes Months to succeed then they are just breaking the 21 day chain before they finish. 21 days is a scientific rythym in the brain that it take to create or break a habit, but any break in 21 days straight and you have to start all over again. If you can tho give it a go and see what you can accomplish. You can do anything for 21 days.
