As we get older most some of us have experienced losing friends and family. This is because we fail to show. Roy and Roy discuss Roy's weekend of hanging out with multiple friend groups. Roy realizes a deeper importance of maintaining friends and family. The onus is on YOU. They shed light on some reasons of why we choose to abandon the family, group of friends, and community.

Roy is in some serious trouble... Rob goes through his experiences from his youth to "advise" him to never commit this "violation" again. Surprisingly, the conversation turned into more of a therapy session. Roy ended up realizing what he did and why it is actually wrong with regards to the individual.

Rob and Roy explore the need to be socially validated by their neighbours, friends, and family. To what extent is seeking this validation healthy and can you even recognize when it is too much?
Rob and Roy have lost their minds, talking about aliens and the possibility that we are not alone in this universe. But, IF they are out there, the question is why are they watching us??? Rob and Roy search for the answer to this question and explore what makes us worth observing. They try to push the limits of their consciousness in hopes of understanding why a superior sentient being would have interest in the monkeys that inhabit this planet.1
Roy apparently contracted COVID (a while back!), and Roy lives with Rob. Yes a total disaster! Roy explains his experiences and then they both deep dive right into current affairs of Cancel Culture. Finally at the bottom of the rabbit hole they explore how the protective nature of our society is causing us a lot of stress.
